SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOU PERSONAL DATA

If you enter into a contract with the administrator regarding the purchase of real estate, the Administrator has the right to process your personal data in the scope of academic title, name, surname, birth number, date of birth, permanent residence, telephone number, e- mail, bank account without further express consent. The purpose of processing this personal data is to fulfill the subject of the contract and also to comply with the legal obligations stipulated by the legal order of the Czech Republic, eg in connection with the fulfillment of tax obligations. The Administrator is entitled to pass on your personal data to a third party such as a law firm, financial advisor, banking institution, accountant, only for the purpose of fulfilling the subject of the contract, and these persons are bound by confidentiality and are trained in security and personal data processing.
LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing is your consent and the fact that your personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of individual purposes for the rents of real estate. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.
THE PERIOD DURING WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED
The administrator will process your personal data for a period of 5 years from the date of granting the consent in connection with direct marketing and keep it for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, free of charge, by e-mail to: email@example.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent that was given before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the Administrator processes on a legal basis other than consent.

Your personal data will be accessible to the Administrator, employees, and possibly also third parties – processors who provide appropriate guarantees and whose processing meets all the requirements of the GDPR Regulation, especially on data security, they are bound by confidentiality and trained in personal data protection. These persons are mainly legal, tax, accounting, real estate intermediaries or marketing consultants. However, these persons will have access to this data only for the time strictly necessary and to the necessary extent, ie if it is necessary to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

You have the right to withdraw your consent, correct or supplement your personal data at any time, request processing restrictions, object to or complain about the processing of personal data, request data transfer, access to your personal data, be informed of personal data breaches, deletions and other rights set out in GDPR Regulation.
